Fill your freezer with premium steaks, hearty roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts like brisket for your friends and family! For this product, we will provide a standard, butcher’s choice variety of cuts.
Our price is calculated from hanging weight and includes processing.
Roughly speaking, with butcher’s choice cuts, 1/2 of your meat will be ground and stew, 1/4 will be roasts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip etc.) and 1/4 will be steaks (sirloin, prime / rib, T-bone, filet mignon, tenderloin etc.)

Your beef will dry age for 10-12 days before being processed. Orders are typically ready for pickup about 2 weeks after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
