HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO GET FROM 1/2 A BEEF?
The weight will always vary depending on many factors (the processor, how it’s cut, the bones, etc.). A ranged example could be a 350lb carcass would yield anywhere from 180-200lbs. Please note the carcass will be without the head, guts and hide.
CAN I SUBSTITUE ITEMS IN THE BUNDLE?
We completely understand that some items in the bundle may not be of your taste, and we want you to be happy! We will absolutely substitute something within the same price point of the item you wish to replace up to two products.
